OUR STORY

Established in 2015, this family-owned team is led by husband-and-wife team Matt Freeman and Meredith Freeman. Matt and Meredith started M Twirling Team because they enjoyed coaching twirling and wanted to have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of kids both in and out of the gym.

M Twirling Team trains numerous athletes that compete at the highest levels of the sport, including elite twirlers, Division I and college feature twirlers and twirlers qualifying for the USA NBTA  National and World Team. 

M Twirling Team treats all of its team athletes like family. The coaching staff is committed to working with each and every twirler to create individualized plans to help them reach their specific twirling goals. Whether your athlete is training for top-tier competition or purely enjoys the sport as a weekly activity, M Twirling Team is the team for you!
